To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proxim Research Sciences, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, or use of our products.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds
